the moment bambang laid his fingers on me.

all i felt was. P.A.I.N.

ok. sounds wrong.

I went to a sports physio therapy. Where by the trainer would
“put his hands on me” or i would say, similar to massage BUT
not comfortable at all.

Charging me at $60 for that session which he taught me a few stuff,
I am basically paying to get pain inflicted on me.

the moment the therapy started, all i know was.
I AM FUCKED. it is fucking painful hour plus session which,
i shut my eyes, hard. ROLLED. bite. breathed out like a dog.
But basically more or less, i took the pain like a man, not letting out a sound.

and as i am typing out this post, my back hurts like a bitch.
my butt and side thighs are sore. but i am waiting for the muscles to recover.
AND THEN i need to go for another session.

This session did work as he helped me aligned my pelvic back..
Yes. u heard right. ALIGNED MY PELVIC BACK.
Aligning my legs, even w/o my specs i could see the misalignment.
After the push, i saw the alignment was corrected. PHEW.

Anyways. I hope tml would be a …less pain/sore/tight day.

I think this god damn post sound like i had been butt fucked if i didn’t mention
that it was a muscle physio therapy.

I went to penang with 2 of my army good buddies. JLWJ & EKZY.

Basically the trip was a relaxation trip, walk abt, eat, and see.

Now we got the food covered. For sure. Penang has really got alot of cheap and good
no. wait. its AWESOME food.

If only singapore has good food of such, at such cheap price.
Singapore food is like. Expensive and crappy.
I miss penang cha kway tiao.
Such a huge crepe at 10rm(less than s$5) ?!
You can’t find such pricing in singapore that’s for sure.
Of all the food. i hate assam laksa. I prefer our sg Laksa.

Yes. we went to take a look at a jetty. This is a jetty that is named as a heritage
but UNESCO. and it’s a damn nice place ok. There was this house, which looks so
Big. i felt like pressing their door bell and asking if we could go in and take a look.

Ahh..people. this is Penang hill. If you are a malaysian, produce your IC and you pay
Just 8RM. if you are a tourist, you pay 30RM.
This is what i call a cut throat deal. and it was a dumb deal.
